I hope you have four wheel drive living here unless you want to slide right into a busy street from a death trap of a driveway/parking lot. Several people have gotten stuck inside there parking spaces. the hallways are horrendous, rarely ever cleaned (with the exception of the office building) and when they are its bc the owners are visiting or one of the residents cant take it anymore.
