Recently moved in to a property owned by WillMax (Bear Creek of Harwood). The made a mistake and put us in the wrong unit obviously, we had to set up utilities. We immediately made the switch, but unfortunately the utility company is billing us for the original unit on top of the unit that we were in. Try rectified with the electric company, but with no success. Reached out to management, but unfortunately, they don’t want to pay the bill even though they use electricity for the entire month. I live at Bear Creek at Harwood. They run it really well and I'm very pleased with the management team they have there.
I have lived at 3 different communities (Sunset Creek, Remington Meadows, and Ladera) this company has managed at different periods of my life (18 to 32 years old) and not once have I regretted it. From communities they used to manage in Colorado Springs to the properties they manage here in Dallas today.
This is a great company, I have lived at one of their communities for a while now and unlike other management companies they truly invest in the care of the community.
