Ladera Apartments is THE WORST complex. NO ONE is hardly ever in the office, so if you need assistance, good luck trying to track down a staff member. My roommate has been stopping by the office EVERYDAY so she can receive our 30 days notice form, and no one has been in the office to help. If staff members aren't going to be present at the designated office hours, then at least place all important forms and documentation online so your residents don't have to go out of their way to find you. Ladera Apartments in Henderson, NV are ran by unlicensed and incompetent people. There's hardly anyone on site, maintenance rarely shows up, they clearly have no training as the repairs could be done better by a blind man with 3 fingers, work orders rarely get completed and if they do its days late and they walk in freely.
Since I moved from my previous location, because of reconstruction to a different location, which will be reconstruction in a few years as well...they are ignoring requests of maintenance. Like keeping a tarp and big blocks on the roof, instead of repairing it. It is really bad business, as we pay our rents; which will be up over $300 from April 2018 till upcoming October 2019! ****** *.
