Great fuel supplier with fast delivery that is usually delivered in less than 3 days and quality service enjoyed conversing with jason while he and steve serviced my furnace
I ordered 150 gallons of kerosene 2 weeks ago. For some reason the driver made the decision to change it to heating oil. I called immediately the woman said she'd call me tomorrow because she had to see the driver's receipt to confirm the mistake. That was on a Friday, they're closed on the weekend. She knew this when she said they'd call me tomorrow. So here we are now like I said 2.weeks later and I haven't been contacted by them once. Wtf?
Ordered kerosene for my house Feb 14. And they delivered it that day because I told them I was almost empty which I appreciated. However I told them I wanted kerosene and made sure to specify that because I used heating oil last 2 years and I had to have this company (Willison) work on my furnace twice. And Willison didn't fix it twice. They charge me twice. But they didn't fix it.
