Really bad experience I’m no recommend take your car to this place
We use the Volvo service at Willis for both of our cars and have always had excellent customer service. We especially like the video that they send to explain the repairs. We typically drop our car off after hours and come pick it up. We have also used their car drop off service and loaner cars and are pleased with all of the options.

Never stay onsite for an oil change.... it takes over 3 HOURS even if they know you’re sitting in the waiting room.
