I immediately texted my husband the following review-I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! The dentist is awesome, and the hygienist made Mia so comfortable she wasnt scared at all. This is a 5 star dental office!

How to Choose a Good Kids Dentist for Kids in CNY? I want to share my experiences with you. I am Stella. A few months ago, my six year old son had a bad tooth ache. We visited our family dentist and he referred us to the Kids Dentist because he felt my son would do better at that office. My son saw Dr. Christopher Rozhon and he was wonderful! We have recently moved to CNY. Last week my 7 years old daughter had a serious toothache. When I Googled for a pediatric dentist in C NY, I found The Kids Dentist. I read the reviews and was very impressed with what other parents thought. The office is designed like a train station. There is a train that runs around the waiting room. My son needed to have dental work done and after a horrible experience with another dentist, we brought him here. Dr. Willis explained everything thoroughly, comforted us as parents, and our son said Dr. Willis was a lot of fun. Our son needed a crown on one tooth and it didn't bother him whatsoever. Even after the procedure, our son wanted to stay at the office to play! I think that alone says a lot about the atmosphere at the office. Everyone is warm and welcoming, and they know how to make kids feel comfortable.

We brought our 2 year old for her first dental visit. They made her feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to others. Hands down best experience we could have received.

I took my 5 year old son here for a filling. I waited outside the door (they actually ask you to wait in the waiting room). When my son cried Dr. Willis kept telling him to 'quit complaining' because it was the easiest filling he had done all day. Then when my son asked when he could leave the doctor told him to 'lose the attitude'. I was appalled. I have heard that the other dentist at this practice is better, but I will never go back.

We took our four year old to Dr.Willis for a extraction/filling, first we weren't allowed to go back with him, and then when we asked him how it was, he informed us it hurt and when he tried saying so the the dentist, he told him to be quiet!! Do not take your child here!!!
