My sister was a patient at behavioral medicine for suicidal tendencies and was treated like a dog. She was pushed by the charge nurse Angela.After she had a major seizure because her dilantin level was too high at 36 which is life threatening the staff refused to take her downstairs to the emergency room. She was denied her medications several times and was treated with total indifference especially by the charge nurse Angela. She is amazing!!! We switched to her after Dr.Rao retired. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician for my children! She is very thorough, and always takes good care of my family!
The list of incompetencies and failure to provide timely care for our elderly family member who was hospitalized recentlly at WKP is long and painful.
