I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Emily Yann Faulk. The medication I was prescribed is not working, and I’m concerned that I may have been given the wrong treatment for my issue. I tried calling the office to explain my concerns, but the person who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns taken seriously, especially when a prescribed medication isn’t helping. My sister in law was recently in the hospital. Many of the nurses did not seem to have much compassion. Then I met Tarrah. She is exceptional. She's friendly and she cares!!!!
My wife,Beth, was there from late Thursday night, August 27, 2026, to Monday morning, August 31. The place has become a death trap because of their profit first orientation to patient care. Only one doctor, a foreign speaking hospitalist, present for the whole place most of the time. The nursing situation is critical because most of them couldn't look up from a phone long enough to help you with anything.
