This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. They really showed no regard for my issue at all. Reading my own chart was the only way I got any results from any tests. I was inpatient for 3 days and not a single doctor did an assessment. However they all charted one and charged me and my insurance for things that weren’t done. I go here regularly, mainly for blood work. This last time was a young lady, Riley (sorry didn't see how you spell your name), and she was just fantastic Very friendly, professional, and I did not even feel the needle stick me. All the lab folk have always been great every time I go. Checking in is easy. They have them there new(ish) kiosks where you check in yourself. This hospital employs the most unprofessional doctors I have ever encountered. They don't make any treatment plans (purely reactive - not proactive), they do not communicate what they are doing, and when pressed they can't tell you why they are doing what they are doing. All the rest of the staff is great. The nurses are very attentive and helpful.
Zero stars! My brother went to the ER last night in 10/10 pain. They triaged him and left him to lay on the waiting room floor screaming and crying in pain for an hour. There were no beds available, yet they proceeded to take back five other patients, who were in no visible distress, before him. This is an absolute triage failure. Please go elsewhere for actual emergencies!
Okay, i modified my review. Trying to be objective. They are a good hospital, depends on the staff you get at the time of treatment.
