Kayla, the receptionist, made me feel welcomed and a part of the moment I got to the window. Jayde, my sons nurse, was not only professional but also genuinely loving for my son. Dr. Otu is who we saw, he got right down to the concerns and and also seemed concerned for my son. I didn’t encounter any other staff but those made my first experience a “now this is how things should be” experience! Thank y’all
