The service was excellent. It was performed with precision and professionalism.
I got to the hospital at 7 for a scope and was not taken back for my procedure until after 1215 no one even came in and told me the reason why I was having to wait this long I was very upset at this i had alot of anxiety going on then when I got back there I found out I wasn't even being put to sleep for my procedure because someone didn't come in for their job so I had to be very uncomfortable and have major anxiety going on on my end very unprofessional in my book. I was very unhappy.
