The people at the proton radiation are some of the most caring and thoughtful people I have ever met. The assure you that it is their mission to take the best care possible and are so friendly
Most of the staff is rude, you will always wait without any explanation, you will be told what you will do and when you will do it without any consideration of your schedule or concern for schedule conflicts. Once able to finally speak with the Doctor, you will have approximately 5 min to talk with them about anything, and in that 5 min, they will be interrupting you and examining your child at the same time. You MIGHT get an answer or two to any questions while the Doctor is on the way out of the door to the next patient.
The staff had always been super nice and helpful to me
Exceptional doctor’s and amazing staff! Don’t love that I have to be there, but do love the quality of care I am receiving.
