This office turned me over on my credit report.. Saying I owe them almost $5000.00 when I paid every time I went and I have insurance that paid them too so there's no way I owe them. I looked it up on my insurance and they double billed my instance company saying j saw 2 doctors every visit when I saw 1 doctor once a year. I believe Thats called fraud and I believe it's time for my insurance company to know about how their billing department did their poor lying numbers. I would give him zero star if that was an option this doctor almost killed me many times with my pain pump and notifying me of all of the recalls I've been left on my own without pain meds for 4 years almost through my pump too no meds! Went through horrible detox from fentanyl ended up in hospital with congestive heart failure! All I want is my pain pump out of me I don't take any pain medicine I don't want to take pain medicine anymore and haven't since 4 years ago since Dr Willis lost his license to practice medicine
