Used Willis Home Inspections in 2015 when buying my first house. At the time I thought the process went well. Now upon selling my house I noticed several thing the inspector missed. The deck that was build prior to buying the house was not built to code and a permit was never pulled on it. It does have the right supports or the right concrete foundations to support it.
