THE TECH (SHAWN) WAS PROMPT AND CHECKED OUT EVERY POSSIBILITY FOR THE PROBLEM (SHORT) AND FINALLY FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. HE REPAIRED IT AND THEN CHECKED OUT ALL THE DEVICES TO BE CERTAIN THAT THEY WORKED. I WAS IMPRESSED AS I THOUGHT THERE MAY BE A POSSIBILITY IT WAS GOING TO BE A BIG PROJECT. I ALSO THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. DAVE
