Willis Electric was the first to respond to my inquiry and came over promptly with an estimate. The work done was fast and efficient. I would hire them again.
I hired them to do some wiring and kept them on to install a full home generator system. That is how pleased II was and if I need more work done, I will call them again.
I hired this firm to install led under and over cabinet strip lights. The two men who showed up to do the work appeared to be professional enough and probably would have completed the project in one day, but we (my fault) didn't have quite enough materials to finish the job. We had an electrical problem at a rental property we own. Willis Electric came out and solved the problem right away. Thank you!
No communication, two weeks later and I'm still waiting on them to show up. The original est was $130-150, they told me AFTER they ordered to parts that it was going to double to $250-300, and this was 2 days before they were coming back out (10 days since the original visit and estimate), and the only reason I found out was because I called them back several times to find out when there were coming back out only to be told I'll have my tech call you and never hear from the tech. I hope the work is better than the service.
The tectnition was very courteous and professional. His work was very good. I could not have asked for a better job.
