Very good dentists office
Everyone I encountered we very,courteous,and helpful. Actually they gave me a more relaxed feeling about going to the dentist.
Everyone was very nice. Dr. Willis and his staff make you feel as if you're the only customer they have. They are very detailed oriented. No surprises...they explained every factor...billing, procedures and a plan for long term dental care.
Over all my cleaning was great. Diana
Amy is wonderful. Dr. Willis leaves early on Wednesday, but the dentist who checked my teeth was pleasant and very professional. I was embarassed to know that the crown had a chip in it and that I had just assumed the space between the crown and the next tooth should not have been there. Just thought it was the way it was going to be. Amy made an appt. to patch or replace it.
The staff is always professional and friendly.
The entire staff or at least all that I have met are always very friendly, SUPER PATIENT & UNDERSTANDING & always very informative. Thank you all for making my visits as confortable as possible.
Nobody likes going to the dentist for any reason but the staff there couldn't be any nicer. I can never remember names but the young lady who cleans my teeth makes you as comfortable as you can be in a dentist chair. I honestly don't think the staff could be any better at what they do.
Still waiting for the treatment plan from Dr. Lao and Dr. Willis...Dr. Lao was wonderful...made me feel very at ease. Thank you!
