I've always had a positive experience when visiting (even half the times I'm heavily sedated). My visits have always been pleasant, things are explained to me with as much detail as I like. The entire staff is nice, friendly, and accommodating to my needs.
Always do a good job. First crown in a few weeks am anticipating a good experience then too.
The staff at Dr. Willis's office always greet me by name as I come in the door. The atmosphere in the waiting room is very inviting. Soft music playing, magazines to glance at, and beverages if you like. When you go to the back, you are greeted by your dental assistant and taken back to their cubicle. They then go over with you what they are going to be doing and about how long it will take them to get done. Very polite people. Well pleased and would recommend them to family/friends.
As a regular patient I became somewhat distressed when unrelated physical issues began to interfere with scheduled & needed dental care. Dr. Willis & his Professional Staff carefully investigated my situation and consequently developed a personalized treatment plan allowing for potentially non-conflicting dental care. A creative, informed, supportive, and open-minded medical care team is quite rare this day & age....practically unheard of. No one was available for at least 10 minutes to check me in and waited 20 additional minutes for my appointment
