We hired Josh for residential projects. After repeatedly missing deadlines, performing poor-quality work, and leaving jobs incomplete, he walked off the project, leaving several subcontractors unpaid. We ended up finishing the work ourselves. We undoubtedly would not recommend based on our experience with him.
Josh did a great job selling their product, offering suggestions and making us comfortable with going with them after all the companies we look into. We have a very difficult lot in the Spicewood area which Josh was up for the challenge. Nick was extremely awesome with keeping us informed, being patience with us due to all my extra extra phone calls or emails and really awesome with dealing with our HOA/ future neighbors. Our dream home is a dream and we couldn't ask for a better experience.
Willis, Chappell & Bujan completed construction of my new custom-designed house near Dripping Springs in April 2017. Nick and Josh promised completion in seven months and finished the job on time — I moved in seven months after they began work — and within budget. We have been doing trim work for this company for over a year now. We have always been paid on time and treated with respect. Always a pleasure to work with.
I could not be happier with the building process or the final outcome. I am truly in love with my new house. Josh went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied, even offering suggestions when I had missed something or didn't know what the blue print was calling for.
