This place is always under new management. Current property manager is very rude and unprofessional. You pay monthly pest control fees however pest control does not come monthly. And you have bees, snakes, ants, frogs, wasps, water bugs throughout the community. The gate is always broken. Many cars have been broken into since my move here November 2019. RecommendedMany many many upgrades has taken place through out the property, and the owners are striving to continue making this the best community in Orangeburg SC. Willington Lakes now have SECURITY CAMERAS !!!!
When your non-refundable pet deposit and pet rent don’t cover the cost of shampooing the carpets and the apartment complex doesn’t tell you this UNTIL THE DAY YOU’RE MOVING OUT! Now I HAVE to pay them $120 to clean the effn carpets since I can’t shop around. This is bs!
Another power outage... And they will tell you it's DPU.. but the complex is the only place that looses power. Expect someone will run down the gate again..the car wash bay is still stacked with sand bags from hurricane Irma..and a mess the vac still doesn't work since we moved here. Now the hose don't work a month now since the handle has been busted off. Oh and they sent us a lease renewal offer for 40 more a month...haha with all the ghetto overpriced B's we have had to deal with since moving here. Yet they post it as ava... read more
I think it’s a real nice place to live here in Orangeburg, but they are over priced and very aged to be that expensive! If they drop those prices they’d have more people that would rent from them.
