Poor customer service, unprofessional, and unreasonable. I called to address two questions concerning my move out because the building manager and myself had conflicting schedules. The female that answers the phone, relayed information from the building manager regarding my move out and stated it back to me as facts. Everything stated was a lie. She was not helpful and the outstanding prorated amount for my rent is still wrong. I would not entertain doing business with this management group.
In a Willin Managed Property for 4 years. From start to finish they were alway friendly, professional and responsive. A very good experience.
I've lived in my current property >4 years with Willin taking over property management within the last 2 years. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone regarding concerns at our property. Repairs take > 6 months or more and you have to be constant with requests if you want any issues resolved. As a 40 year old woman who has lived independently for over 20 years this is by far the worst rental experience I have endured.
