The only interaction I had with Willie was pleasant...he handed me some lacquer. The reason I needed the lacquer is why I'm leaving this review. Willie's son Steve was the one who did the work--3 custom built bookcases at $400 each. When I received them, I noticed the finish was slightly different on each one. Some parts of the bookcases were rougher than other parts, which had been sanded down well. When I asked about the inconsistency, I was told that it was because I'd only paid $400 for the bookcases.
