My ribs were burnt and dry. I called them to replace them, drove back out there to be disappointed again. The replacement was just as bad as the first one, if not worse.
We love Willie's...but at this point when recommending online ordering, they are not fast at all. We have waited right now over 40 minutes for our food in the car. We ordered over an hour ahead! Absolutely ridiculous. We might not order for awhile...or just not after 6pm.
