We love Dawn she is a wonderful server. The food and service is the best.
I had a great experience at Willie’s. My food came out correctly and it was hot. I really recommend the white queso. I also enjoyed our server Karle, she was nice and attentive even though it was pretty busy when we went. We usually go to the New Braunfels location but that one has been awful the past few times so we decided to try Cibolo. We will definitely be back!
This place lacks on customer service. We ordered our food and sat down. Waited over 30 minutes for our food to come out and keep in mind it’s not busy at all. Our food came out cold and they messed up on my husbands order. Don’t know who was our waiter cs nobody really came to our table to ask us if we needed anything. The person who handled our situation with our food coming out wrong and cold seem to not even care. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring the right order out. Ryan was so cool! Very quick too. We came in late, but he was swift and kept us updated, overall a good end to my and my bfs night !!
