Shoutout to Adrien at Willie’s Grill & Icehouse. This is the second time he’s been our waiter, and both times he was absolutely phenomenal. I own and operate Texas Home Improvements, so I know firsthand what real customer service looks like, going above and beyond, paying attention, and genuinely caring about the people you’re serving. Willie’s is the only place my family of six can unanimously agree on, which honestly deserves its own award. The food is consistently great every single time, no matter what we order. On our most recent visit, Elijah was our server and he absolutely nailed it — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Great food, great service, and zero family debates… we’ll definitely keep coming back!
Had such a great experience at Willie’s thanks to Dawn. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. You can tell she truly cares about guests having a great time. Food was great, but the service is what really stood out. 10/10.
Our food was awesome! The crawfish is nice this year with the Nola sauce. Our server Karlee was also amazing! 10/10 would come back to this Willie’s
