I'm a 19 year ols female diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. I waiated patiently for 4 weeks for an appointment and thet day I arrived they told me all their therapsts quit. They recheduled a zoom appointment and I was left on hold. Don't waste you time with these people.
Greg is very professional and understanding, he knew exactly how to treat me. I would highly recommend Greg. 5 stars for Greg.
My first two appointments at Williamsville Psychiatry have been TeleHealth appointments with Greg Groth. I am very happy with the care I have received. Greg is easy to talk to, friendly, and helpful. He is a very down-to-Earth guy from this area of WNY. The care plan is easy to understand and he values patient input. Waiting room isn’t good for anxiety. We gotta pay co pay if late but they always are. Greg said he was late because someone needed more help than me? It should be equal He doesn’t listen he just gives you what helps him. EVERYONE IS NOT THE SAME. Said he wasn’t in charge of waiting room and I get that but clearly the medicine wasn’t working-—Skye
