UPDATE: Many of my concerns were addressed by a higher up here at the townhomes and the situation within my unit has improved. The shower has been fixed in a much more permanent and thorough fashion thanks to Bill(the gentleman who has facilitated repairs for my unit) and the hot water heater is on the docket for today. The parking situation was addressed via a memo to (I assume) all residents and it seems to have worked as well. Definite progress, I have updated my rating... Continue Reading
