Even on weekends if you have a problem with signing into the storage unit. Mia is cheerful, kind, and thoughtful. I am telling everyone to use your storage units when they need one because of Mia. What a hard working, wonderful manager. Thank you Mia”.
Mia is quick to respond, and very helpful. The storage unit was exactly what was needed, and clean and dry.
The customer service and care they provide is top notch. They are part of the community and really care about what they provide. Highly recommend. Thank you Maya!
Williamston location..very easy to use. Just have to wait for the person to come from okemos when you initially set up your account, no typical office hours. But once you know that,.it's smooth sailing.
This place is great no complaints. I store a car there for the winter and there is enough room and the unit looks dry and well maintained.
