heres- 1- since i stay here under a yr- they seem to raise the rent so far - 2 times - there reason- they say HUD rules-same day my brother had it raise too- and he has been her longer- strange-- i thought -HUD- was the cheapest route, but it seems they can raise the rent whenever they feel like it for any reason that set there needs,staying here alot of rules- for alot of things its like being monitor- with there cameras,go inside your unit so you wont be eye watched,-you dont sign the papers of the raise in rent they will ... read more

My grandmother lived in this place when new. (1985) My aunt now lives there and it's amazing in that the condition of the place is very much the same! Well maintained facility, close to bus line and very near hospital. Truly a hidden gem for those that need this type of housing!
I lived here for a year and a half and I wasn’t impressed however, the management has added a cleaning person for daily general cleaning and it’s so much nicer now. The central pa food bank makes a monthly delivery of food for the tenants. There is an assigned smoking area and the maintenance staff makes sure it’s regularly cleaned and tidy. Jodi Sampson is a Great humanitarian and she truly cares for her tenants as does the maintenance supervisor Art. Well done with the improvements.
My dad lives here and my mom lives right next door !
