Was on hold for over 15 minutes. Someone picked up and then hung up the phone! Absolutely unacceptable!
I had a tooth break. I thought for sure it was going to need pulled. They got me in quick. I had the pleasure of meeting the new dentist Dr. Shah. She was awesome. She said we can do a crown. I have never had a crown and did not know the process. She explained everything and today the final cap went on. Thank you so much Dr. Shah and Morgan who assisted her through the whole process. Morgan is also awesome too.
Sincerely the worst dental office and overall service experience at this place. There are one or two kind employees here the rest lack a sense of compassion, dignity, accountability, respect, and a lot of other things you’d hope someone in the healthcare field would have. Went here for work on several teeth as they are one of few places that take dental insurance, had scheduled appointments for fillings in a few teeth and day of appt in November I get a text that says no provider is available and they have to reschedule fill... read more
