I saw WRD for a yearly cleaning (once before, last year). The hygienist said she was going to do an oral cancer screening. I didn't think anything of it, thinking it was included in the visit. A month later, I get a bill for $35.00. I called the office, and the front desk said I am responsible for it. I explained that I wasn't asked if I wanted it, made aware that it was a separate charge, I did not sign off on it.
