After 17 months with Dr. Williamson, my mother ended up losing her bottom left jaw due to the infection that Dr. Williamson just kept "literally" putting a band-aid on an open wound that was diagnosed at Northside Hospital & was admitted immediately to be started on IV Antibiotics. Dr. Williamson did not even come see her for 4 days, she works for Northside & her office is right next door. Finally came saw her, and she was my mothers follow up Dr. After she did SIX WEEKS- EVERYDAY for IV of antibiotics. 17 months my mother w... read more
Dr. Margaret Williamson’s bedside manner or just manners period depends on her feelings that day. As a patient I don’t know what I’m getting, I’ve witnessed her slap a door in an employee’s face. The turn over in the office is high so that plays part in patient care. I feel I’m immune to my current medication but she insist I’m not but my condition has not improved. It may time to move on....
Dr.Williamson accurately and efficiently corrected a misdiagnosis another doctor had made. Treatment was very successful. She took the time to thoroughly explain the course of the infection.
Love Kim M, Chan and Dr. Williamson!
I would recommend Dr. Williamson to anyone. She has taken care of my wife and didn't just shotgun drugs at her. Dr. Williamson took the time to find out the real issue, an uncommon thing in medicine today.
My experience with Doctor Williansons office was by far the worst Doctor Patient experience I have ever had. I came to her office because I had hit on a blood test for Lyme disease. After over a 2 hour wait she came in took one look at me laughed and declared I didn't have Lyme. No blood test nothing. When I later called and made a formal complaint to the office. No one ever got back to me after 3 cals over a couple months, finally, her office sent a letter saying they wouldn't serve me.
Much difficulty communicating with Dr. Williamson. Diagnosis was wrong and I was treated for almost 3 months for the wrong bacterial infection!
