RecommendedI had an eye exam at the mall for a new prescription. I was told I had partially detached retinas in both eyes. Needless to say I was concerned. I went to Williamson Eye Center to get a second opinion. I saw Dr. Smith and was relieved to find out it was simply a pigment issue I was born with. Zero impact on my vision or my retinas. The entire experience from the staff in the lobby who handled my paperwork, to the ladies who did my preliminary eye exams to Dr. Smith, it was a great experience. RecommendedThe optical crew is fantastic. Good Customer service isn’t something you experience everyday. Two particular ladies in the optical department made my day. Jessica and Megan Reed! My 3 year old needed to try on frames. Megan said your in luck as Jessica walked to the back to get the special frames needed for toddlers. Both ladies kept him company, they also sat him down and put on every color and pair of frames available. The other ladies and one gentlemen in optical were also nice.
