My son broke his glasses after having them for a month. They don't come with a warranty. Now I'm out off $500 and eye glasses. I wish I would have known this before I bought the whole family glasses from them.Ā
The eye dr is nice, but the eyeglasses side is not. I always feel rushed when my daughter is trying on glasses. I feel like we are bothering the girls that work there. We went to pick up her glasses, and the girl just handed us the case. Every other time, they make sure she likes them and they fit properly which they don't this time. I think we will be going somewhere else next time.Ā
First of all, for my appointment I had to wait about 30 minutes to get sent to the back when there were no other people there first thing in the morning. After my appointment, I asked to order my contacts before I left and was told that I should call them the following day to order. I paid over $100 for a lens fitting fee then left the store. I called the next day to order my contacts. Here we are over 30 days later. I should have thrown these contacts away this past weekend but haven't heard from them if my contacts are in....Ā read more

Ā RecommendedI recently had Catalyst cataract surgery at the location in Baton Rouge on Connell Lane. The staff is amazingly talented and very friendly. The entire time I was there for both procedures, they attended to me like family. I had both lens changed and the procedures were two weeks apart. Recovery time very minimum and my vision is as if I were in my 20's now which is quite amazing of its own since I'm fixing to be 64 years old. BIG SHOUT OUT to Dr. Blake Williamson at Williamson Eye Center!!!
