I was so excited to try this place for the first time. I got basically the most expensive item on the menu. I had the slab of spare ribs. They were so dry it was really only fitting to eat in a few spots. Perhaps a little less time marketing sauces to the supermarkets and a little bit more time getting back to basics. At least I proved I can cook ribs on the Egg better than they can.
