I’ve eaten Williamson Bros BBQ in the past for lunch/dinner, but never had it catered. We had a small family gathering and let’s just say their catering did not disappoint! Ordering was extremely easy and they answered all questions I had especially regarding gluten free items. When I got there to pick it up it was all ready to go and still extremely hot when I got it back to serve! Obviously it was delicious, but it’s Williamson Bros so that’s a no brainer! First time ever... chopped inside is dry and leathery... way over cooked. Poured water on it and reheated slightly... still not good. Slaw is still the best ever. Surprised.... as soon as they were notified (had my complaint written down in detail from the day before) of my order, they replaced it free of charge with sooo much better pork... end of day order I guess. Good stuff.. great people..! Thx
Waiter was nice....the girl who sat us was very snippy.....Never asked if we wanted drinks...had to wave her down...it the waiter 15 min to ask us for our order.........but he was cool.....Had to ask several times for drinks...never bothered to stop at our table and asked!!!!Good food....not so good service!!!!But like I said the girl who sat us was very impolite!!!!
Best beef ribs I've ever had in my life! Thank goodness they ship their sauce!
Great food, great service. A little expensive for BBQ but it's really good.
