My experience with them was very good. I was wary of all these google reviews , but in the end I found my house was fairly valued given the market conditions right now. I read the whole report and comparable and the whole analysis. The lady took care to see the house properly and every aspect of it . I give them 5 star reviews for their work and would recommend others to use them. If I do refinancing again I will certainly go to them again.
All the bad reviews are delusional people upset with a realistic appraisal. Family run business working with major banks and lenders for decades.
was going to order from here but just from receptionist we decided not to. read all the reviews here and it confirmed my opinion that this company is super unprofessional!
