Ive been here about 2 weeks and the apartment has flooded with urine and feces 3 times now and I still can’t get a clear answer as to why it’s happening or if the problem is solved. I applied and needed a guarantor who made $5,000 a month which is a CRAZY amount of money. Luckily I knew someone who did and they went through the process of trying to be my guarantor. This person has a fraud alert for credit checks. Because of this the apartment could not check their credit. They didn't try to help remedy the situation what so ever. I've been living at Williamsburg Village since August and absolutely love it!, Any request I submit is taken care of very promptly, I love Jonathan in the leasing office he is always so friendly and professional. I never hear any of my neighbors and I feel safe here. Parking is always easily available. It's a great community and great price for being so close to campus!
