My wife and I have lived here for 10 years. I have hated that decision for 9 of those years . Maintenance has a snow blower but has not used it once . Neighbors will try to poison your animals and management will tell you it's not their problem . The grass cutters go through here at 20 mph with the deflector up throwing grass and rocks into our cars and leaving large rows of grass ,cut and uncut. Apartments are new and well taken care of. Maintenance was always on time and effective. Management is absolutely awful. Nobody at the office, doesn’t answer the phone and take days to reply to emails.

A relative lived there and reported some neighbors would get into your business and gossip. Management did not respond adequately to reported issues and maintenance was slow to respond for repair requests. On the positive side, the rental assistance is good.
