Apartments are new and well taken care of. Maintenance was always on time and effective. Management is absolutely awful. Nobody at the office, doesn’t answer the phone and take days to reply to emails.

A relative lived there and reported some neighbors would get into your business and gossip. Management did not respond adequately to reported issues and maintenance was slow to respond for repair requests. On the positive side, the rental assistance is good.
