I am heading back to the Williamsburg Salt Spa today. I have had respiratory issues my whole life and am happy to report that while a member here I have much better health!
It's like naptime for adults. We don't always take the time we need to care for ourselves, and this is one way to make some time just for you. The experience in the salt cave is meditative, relaxing, and rejuvenating. I plan on going back as often as I can afford it! :D

Went there with my mother...it was a great experience...was a little concerned about how my mother would do...think it prevented me from totally relaxing...she did fine so my next trip there in July will be probably even better. My sinuses I know thank me. I did purchase some sinus relief salts for my bath so I will update once I've tried them...would definitely recommend you go and take a friend...two people for a 45 minute treatment at $45 you cannot beat that too many places.
