I have been coming from NC multiple times a year for at least 5 years to the Salt Spa (3 hour drive). Today I did the floatation tank for the first time - Wow! Will definitely add that to my regular Salt Spa experience! It is always so relaxing - Thank you!
We went for a friend's birthday, and floated and relaxed in the cave. It was WONDERFUL! I want to go back and try the hot salt (?) massage, and the cave. I can breath like a champ, cleared my sinus right up. I even took a nap, and I NEVER nap. AMAZING! We'll be back and next time we're taking our husbands. :-)

Truly a unique and professional experience. I was suffering with a terrible back injury and after receiving chiropractic care at Williamsburg Neck & Back Center the flotation tanks at the Salt Spa were the icing on the cake! I feel 100 times better than I did yesterday! I can't wait to return!
Their new 1hr salt water float tank sessions are the most relaxing way I know to spend an hour totally alone. Great for arthritis pain but also just feels so good. A great splurge just for you. Top shut or open, lights off or pretty colored lights from under the water, music or no sound, ... Great addition to the salt spa sessions and the massages they have been offering for quite some time. Love that salt water floating!
