I have lived there since 2012. The change in management has run the place down. I have had black mild in my apartment since hurricane Florence. They refuse to fix it correctly. I have 4 children in the home. Mold is now in one of my kids bedrooms. It’s in the kitchen as well. When I first arrived to the office I was not acknowledged therefore I sat in a conference room adjacent to the office space where a short white stout lady was sitting. She stated she was new and was not the best to work with, she asked that I come back when the pro leasing assistant named Lee would return. I informed her that I am a full-time doctoral student and I work part time but I could pay the entirety of the lease and or have a co applicant due to my status as a student.
