THANK YOU!!!! I have lived in these apartments for years! It is nice when they do the renewal they give you perks. I asked to have part of my apartment repainted. Jeff did a wonderful job even painted the part of my kitchen to match the eggshell. He went above and beyond by matching the kitchen! I thank you so much as it makes my home look so much better!
My new Apartment I just moved in 2 weeks ago and the office staff have gone out of their way to make me and my family feel right at home. The maintenance staff has also done a lot to make my new home exactly as I need it. But the best part is my view for my morning coffee.
Great Place Been living here for awhile now and it's been a great experience. My 1 bedroom apt is big. It has a large deck that overlooks a park and has a washer/dryer, but for me the best feature is square footage. Living room and bedroom have a lot of floor space. The other thing that I've really appreciated about this place is the neighborhood. Wiliamsburg Park Apartments I live in a two bedroom apartment here . Its a very nice starter apartment. its a great size and has a washer dryer included. the pool is nice as well as the fitness center.
The only thing upscale about it is the upscale neighborhood My apartment has stains on the linoleum, mold stains in the bathroom in the drywall, a urine smell in the carpet by the front door, numerous spiders and other bugs, loud neighbors, thin walls and ceilings, to name a few. The good part is that it is in a nice neighborhood, next to a park and trails.
Nice apartments. The staff is very nice and helpful. Any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. The apartments are very nice.
Great family community! My husband, children, and I have lived here for over 2 years and we love it. The office staff know us by name and are very friendly. Never has noise or loud neighbors been a problem. If you are looking for a good priced apartment home with a great community, you have found your place!
We have lived here for about 6 months and have hated it since the first day we moved in. Lynn- The so called manger here is rude and horrible. She has been rude since day one! Nolan the so called maintenance guy is CREEY!!!! He has even been in our place while we were sleeping!!!! How creepy is that? This place is a joke! The parking is a riduculous!!!! Usually have to walk around the garages to get to you place. The securr entrance is a joke the door doesn't work! Would never ever recommend this place or any CIP property!!!... read more
