Bird lady next door very obnoxious all day😩😩🐦⬛🐦⬛
so the annual inspection was here, observed some items that could stand improvement, i.e., carpet needs to be stretched, bathroom sink drain rod not connected, mixing valve not blending, kitchen sink sharp drain edge. Now what? Do I need to submit work request, or does the inspection report start the process?
I've lived in this apartment complex for several years, and its a pretty good place to live. Close to town, but still relatively quiet. Biggest issue I have is how expensive rent is, and how expensive it is to do laundry, over $4 to wash and dry a single load. Fix the laundry prices, and make rent a bit cheaper, and it'd be a perfect 5 star. The staff is really friendly and helpful if you have an issue, that brings it to 4 star instead of 3.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only are they a horrible place to live but even worse place to work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
