Carriage House is about to have a VERY BIG lawsuit. Nit picking every tiny little detail. You got pictures and so do I. Claim work orders as completed but never completed them. Trying to kick people off the wait list for the 3 bedrooms so they won't pass anything and anyone on anything. Show up a day after an inspection instead of the inspection date. I have lived here for the past 5 years and they make you pay for the smallest things. Made a friend of mine pay for having a trash bag in the hallway while she was still cleaning and getting ready to take it out. Will blame you for them missing work orders you have put in for several months by saying you never did. Most of the new office staff are extremely rude.
