I had a great experience with the woman in the leasing office her name is Betty. She was kind, very responsive, and always helpful whenever I had questions. Her professionalism really made a difference.

This and anything managed by Dawn Management are probably the best places you can find for the price in Lebanon. In many ways, I regret moving from here, but no use crying over spilled milk. Biggest cons are there is no central air and you don't control the heat, but that's because management pays for it. Biggest pros are that it's an extremely safe area and very agreeable for noise-sensitive people like me: only two units on each floor that are across the hall from each other. The move-in and application process was made simple and easy thanks to Betty and David! Betty and David were very helpful and responsive during the whole process! They always answered questions in a timely manner. Betty is understanding and makes me feel valued as a resident here! The reason it is not a 5 star review is when I moved into the apartment it had a smell that took some intense cleaning to remove. Have had a pleasant experience working with staff in obtaining an apartment. I've interacted mainly with Betty, who is friendly and responsive, quick to return calls and answer any questions I've had. I haven't fully moved in just yet, so I'll be sure to update in a few months about my experience living here.
