DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The management is a joke. They make up "rules" that are not in the lease. They then proceed to threat/harass tenants until you move or they falsify paperwork to evict them. The owner and or corporation that owns this needs to find new management before they completely destroy this park. We are so glad we talked to tenants before deciding to move here!!

This place is a big joke...they definitely play favorites. My dads neighbor across the street uses two lots but only pays for for one. They plow snow around my dads trucks so he can’t get out but leave the neighbors across the street as clean as can be. There definitely never nice in the office only if u kiss there butt. Can’t wait till my dad moves so were he don’t have to struggle to get out of his parking spot when it snows.
it's ok we need more street lights. when you buy a place they should fix up the lot so you can use it, (and then you keep it up.) i had to clear and level the lot cut down trees and move a shed. at 63 years old that was a lot to do just to be able to use it. Now that i did the work it looks nice, and i can enjoy it
I have lived here for almost 4 years and I truly love it I do love the school district I love how quiet it is, The management is extremely nice there attentive to what you need. My only complaint is living right by the basketball court, there's times where these people that come very late at night and the sound of a bouncing ball through my thin walls is kind of annoying I only wish that there was a time frame that the court is open. Not my cup of tea. We loved our neighbors, but never felt safe letting our daughter play outside on her bike because people drive like they are the only ones that live there. All hours of the day too.
A nice peaceful quiet place to live. People are friendly and always willing to help a neighbor out. Unbecoming behaviors are not tolerated here.
I have lived here 25 years. Location is close to everything. More improvements are needed and office needs to have full time person there plus a security person who is there 24/7. Most problems in any resiential community happen at night and on the weekends. Amy and Krystal are great to work with and take their jobs seriously. They need more support from corporation. Street lights do need to be fixed. Residents who complain the loudest are usually the ones causing problems and not keeping their homes painted and maintained. ... read more
