Cool property and great location. James the leasing agent is the man! Super helpful and transparent. Helped me out a lot.
Do not rent from this company. They are crooks. I was pressured into applying to the property with promises that I would be approved for a townhouse. I called several times with questions about the criteria to get approved. My questions were not answered. The agent in the rental office kept going around my questions but kept promising that he would go to bat for me. He promised that he will speak with his supervisor to get my application approved. If your looking for somewhere to stay this is the place great rates and James in the leasing office will make it very easy for you . Great guy he helped me all the way until I was approved and even after with no problem and made sure I did everything correctly !!
They took care of maintenance issue in a timely manner and the guy that came out was super polite and helpful!
