My lease was coming to an end and I needed to move into a new apartment fast. Chelsea and James were awesome and very helpful with getting me into the new apartment quickly.
UPDATE (August 26th) - MAGGOTS in living room. Pictures added. This is absolutely disgusting. I pride myself on keeping a clean home. These were not coming from old food. Instead I found them from a corner behind a bookcase. The "food" was dead rolly-pollys. 1. BUGS. Bugs everywhere. Roaches, ants, and roly-polys. The roaches and roly-polys have been a constant issue since moving in 4 months ago. I have placed so many maintenance requests about it, I've lost track and the issue hasn't improved at all... Property manager, Chelsey was very professional during my site tour. Made me feel welcomed and a part of the community already before I even signed my lease. Paid great attention to detail As far as needs and wants from a potential resident. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
No clue where to begin, the property manager is awesome!! She took care of my family, answered all my questions, she understanding. My kids love the pool so much , and the playground!! The maintenance crew are the best always show up when make my requests to get things handled. I’m happy I’ve chosen this place to live. The location is awesome it’s across the street from Waffle House and cookout!!!
Very disappointing experience with Williamsburg Manor. The customer service is extremely poor, and the manager has one of the worst attitudes I have encountered. I have left multiple messages and received little to no response. It feels like they simply do not care when residents have an issue. I had to wait more than four weeks just to get one issue addressed, which is completely unacceptable. Communication and responsiveness should be a basic part of good management, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.... read more
