WILLIAMSBURG DENTAL WORK is my go to for excellent quality dental care. DR. D. And DR. Michelle with there dental assistants add to the outstanding quality care with such professionalism making your visit so relaxing and comfortable. Either dentist make for outstanding, knowledgeable, caring, deligent quality care making your first visit and last visit so relaxing and comforting. He is the best dentist I've ever been to hands down, and this is coming from someone who has an intense phobia.
Reliable, painless, knowledgeable, competent, upscale, no long waits, respects your time.
I was so happy with the dental work they did for me that I just can't believe how impossible it has been to get them to fix their paperwork mistakes. My wife and I did all the work with the insurance company to find out what the problem was and ONLY THEIR OFFICE could fix it, but they dragged their feet to the point that we were about to have a collection agency report to our creditors. Getting them to fix the problem has been an emotionally traumatic experience and I do not recommend them to anyone.
Do not let the sweet demeanor of the folks working here lull you; they may be good to your teeth but they'll leave a long-lasting pain in your ass and possibly your wallet. We've worked for over a year to sort out a billing mistake on their part. They miscoded a visit and instead of calling to ask why the coverage was rejected, they sent collection agents after us for the money. We did all of the legwork to understand and resolve the problem (they simply kept telling us that we weren't covered for the appointment), but we've... read more
