Today I had some extensive dental work done. Dr Fischer explained the procedures to me as it went along. I really appreciated that. The assistant, Mackenzie, was very personable and efficient. I am thankful. Highly recommend.
Firstly, I'm not a patient and they fit me in on a Friday afternoon with an emergency as my dentist isn't in the office on Fridays and has no other dentist in his office. Secondly, the gentleman at the reception desk and the dental assistant who took me back were both very cordial. The assistant was relatable to my dental anxiety and shared how she had been well cared for by the dentist I was about to see. Dr. Fischer was just as calm and kind as she suggested.
