Never get answers when you need them. Been almost a year since diagnosis and tests for my daughter and still no records sent to us. Only a letter from the initial meeting. I know they are busy but this is not professional. Going on day 6 waiting for a response (again). Was told back in August they would send us copies. Update: we called the main office and got copies sent to us within a couple days.

Had an appt at 445 on 10/23, they just left us in the waiting room for over an hour I asked and seen what was going on and no one seemed to know why! No apologies no explanation nothing! Completely unprofessional and uneducated people no consideration for others at all! Very disrespectful and disappointing!
